Set-Up: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Event Time: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Shipping: There is NO shipping to this location.
Important Information:
1) You will be provided with the following items: display space with one table (minimum 5’ x 2.5’), two chairs, access to electricity, a tablecloth and post-show attendance information via e-mail.
Driving Directions:
From North of the Capital Beltway:
• Follow I-495/1-95 South (Capital Beltway) to I-295/Baltimore Washington Parkway South
• If traveling directly from Baltimore, follow I-295 Southbound
• Continue Southbound on I-295 towards Bolling AFB/Woodrow Wilson Bridge
• Pass Malcolm X (Bolling AFB Main Gate)
• Take Exit 1 “Naval Research Laboratory” (there is also a sign for “DC Village/Blue Plains/Academy”)
• Proceed to the third traffic light (past the Bolling AFB south gate and Bellevue Housing)
• Turn right at the Main Gate (The guards will have a security list)
• Be prepared to show your driver’s license to the guards
• Follow directions on the next page from the main gate to Building 222
From South of the Capital Beltway:
• Take I-95 North towards Washington
• At the Capital Beltway (I-495), the interstate splits; stay on I-95 North (you will bear right at the split)
• This exit curves to the right and then divides, the left fork will take you to I-95 North
• Stay in the right lane on the Woodrow Wilson Bridge
• After crossing the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, take the first exit (I-295)
• This exit divides - take the left fork to exit (I-295) North
• NRL is the first exit off I-295 (approx. 2 miles after the Woodrow Wilson Bridge)
• Turn right at the traffic light in front of the Main Gate (
• Proceed straight to the security gate (The guards will have a security list)
• Be prepared to show your driver’s license to the guards
• Follow directions on the next page from the main gate to Building 222
From National Airport:
• Follow Route 1 South for approximately 2 miles to the Beltway I-95/I-495
• Exit on the right to the beltway - this exit curves to the right and then divides, the left fork will take you to I-95 (Baltimore)
• Stay in the right lane on the Woodrow Wilson Bridge
• After crossing the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, take the first exit (I-295)
• This exit divides - take the left fork to exit (I-295) North
• NRL is the first exit off I-295 (approx. 2 miles after the Woodrow Wilson Bridge)
• Turn right at the traffic light in front of the Main Gate (
• Proceed straight to the security gate (The guards will have a security list)
• Be prepared to show your driver’s license to the guards
• Follow directions below from the main gate to Building 222
From the Main Gate:
• Once you have entered the gate, stay in the right lane and follow the main road
• Turn right immediately following Building 30 (before Building 12)
• At the stop sign, turn right
• Take the immediate left between Building 59 and 71
• Turn right on
• Turn left on
• Park in the front or rear of the building in any spot not marked “Reserved”
• The expo is in the Exhibit Room near the rear entrance by the Auditorium
• When you get to the Exhibit Room, you will receive a visitor’s badge from the sponsor of the event
